Grooming, gmax testing and sanitation — on a schedule that runs itself

What's included

Grooming, gmax testing and sanitation — on a schedule that runs itself

Mechanical brushing and infill redistribution restore fiber upright position and consistent surface performance. Annual GMAX and HIC impact attenuation testing to ASTM standards certifies your surfaces are safe for continued play, and EPA-approved antimicrobial treatment neutralizes bacteria, MRSA and pathogens on shared athletic surfaces.

An unmaintained synthetic turf field loses GMAX certification within 5–7 years — creating liability exposure and triggering early replacement. A properly maintained field lasts 12–18 years. Monthly, quarterly and annual programs available.

Maintenance packages

Real numbers, on the table — the same pricing sheet we hand every athletic director.

  1. Basic field maintenance — $3,500 / year

Infill depth check, infill and field decompaction, grooming and debris removal, and seam inspection with repair. Grooming every 80–200 hours of field use keeps fibers upright, infill level and G-Max in the safe range.

  2. GMAX testing — $650 / test

Certified shock-attenuation testing that measures how much impact force your surface absorbs — the number that keeps your field certified and your liability covered.

  3. Synthetic turf sanitation — $3,500 / year

Mounted spray-system disinfection that keeps synthetic turf 99.9% cleaner — protection against harmful bacteria and viruses on shared athletic surfaces.

Maintenance questions

FL Certified Building Contractor — CBC1268683

What happens if we don't maintain our synthetic turf field?

An unmaintained synthetic turf field loses GMAX certification within 5–7 years — creating liability exposure and triggering early replacement. A properly maintained field lasts 12–18 years.

What is GMAX testing?

GMAX measures surface impact attenuation — how well a surface absorbs the energy of a fall. ASTM standards require synthetic turf fields to maintain a GMAX below 200. Annual testing certifies your field is within safe limits.

Do you provide service records?

Yes — we provide documentation after every service visit, including date, services performed and any issues identified. These records are essential for insurance, liability and permitting purposes.

Can you handle emergency repairs?

Yes — seam repair, edge resecuring and localized infill correction are available between scheduled service visits. Maintenance program clients receive priority scheduling.
