Rollins College Athletics

A $983K athletics package for Rollins College — synthetic turf soccer/lacrosse field, softball rebuild and tennis repairs, summer 2023.

Rollins College in Winter Park brought Legacy Sports Construction a full athletics package: a synthetic turf soccer and lacrosse field, a softball field rebuild, and tennis court repairs — $983K of work delivered in the summer 2023 window between semesters.

Multi-facility campus projects are logistics puzzles: three scopes, three surface systems, one compressed calendar. Running them as a single project meant shared mobilization, one point of accountability, and a campus that opened the fall semester with every facility ready.

Rollins joins Florida Tech, Embry-Riddle and Eckerd on our Florida university list — programs that needed collegiate standards delivered on academic calendars.
