Acrylic sport coatings bring slip-resistant, UV-stable finish to exterior walkways, courts and plaza areas — the same quality as our athletic court surfaces. Rubberized surface systems add impact absorption for pool decks, bleacher pads and high-traffic zones, and decorative concrete overlays rescue existing slabs showing wear, cracking or discoloration.

We only specify products evaluated for Florida's UV intensity, humidity and thermal cycling. One contractor for every surface — consistent quality, consistent warranty, across every square foot of your facility.

Our process

Facility-wide surfacing done right

  1. Facility Walkthrough

We walk your entire site — fields, courts, plazas, walkways, pool decks — and document current surface conditions and requirements.

  2. Product Specification

We specify the right surface system for each zone based on traffic type, UV exposure, slip requirements and budget.

  3. Surface Installation

Installation by our crews with minimal facility disruption — most commercial surfacing projects complete in 1–5 days per zone.

  4. Final Inspection & Handoff

Visual inspection, surface testing and care documentation delivered at project close.

Commercial surfacing questions

FL Certified Building Contractor — CBC1268683

What surfaces do you cover?

We surface exterior walkways, pool decks, bleacher pads, concession plazas, parking areas and athletic facility hardscape. Essentially any surface outside the playing field.

Do your products hold up in Florida's sun?

We only specify products evaluated for Florida's UV intensity, humidity and thermal cycling. Products that fail in other climates are excluded from our product line.

Can you resurface over existing concrete?

Yes — concrete overlays and acrylic coatings can be applied over existing surfaces in acceptable condition. We assess the substrate before specifying a resurfacing approach.

Do you work on occupied facilities?

Yes — we plan work around your facility schedule to minimize disruption. Most surface installations can be staged so your facility stays operational throughout.
