Track systems we install

Full-pour polyurethane or sandwich system — built to certify

Full-pour polyurethane delivers consistent energy return and spike resistance for competitive athletic use — the highest-performance, longest-lasting option. For school and municipal tracks, a sandwich system pairs a prefabricated rubber base with a polyurethane wear layer at a more economical price point.

Either way, all competitive track projects are designed and certified to USATF and IAAF dimensional and performance standards, with a complete documentation package delivered at handoff for sanctioned events.

Funding the build

Frdap-eligible — we help you chase the money

Running tracks at public parks and schools are eligible for FRDAP funding, and we've helped Florida clients secure $450K+ in grant awards across programs. We assess eligibility, support the application, and build to grant compliance once funding lands.

Most school or municipal track projects run 8–14 weeks from contract to completion, and we schedule heavy construction around academic calendars.

Track questions

FL Certified Building Contractor — CBC1268683

What is the difference between full-pour and prefab track surfaces?

Full-pour polyurethane is applied liquid and cured in place — highest performance and longest lifespan. Prefabricated rubber rolls are more economical for schools and recreational use. We recommend the right system after reviewing your usage and budget.

Does your track meet USATF standards?

Yes. All competitive track projects we build are designed and certified to USATF standards. We provide full documentation for sanctioned events.

How long does a track project take?

Most school or municipal track projects take 8–14 weeks from contract to completion, depending on site conditions and permitting timeline.

Can we get FRDAP funding for a track?

Yes — running tracks at public parks and schools are eligible for FRDAP funding. We've helped Florida clients secure significant grant awards. Contact us to discuss eligibility.
