Florida Institute of Technology needed practice and competition surfaces worthy of its athletics program — and needed them built inside a summer window. Legacy Sports Construction delivered a $2.48M project covering two synthetic turf fields totaling more than 200,000 square feet, completed between May and August 2023.

The build covered engineered bases, drainage designed for Brevard County's summer storm season, and pro-grade turf systems for soccer and lacrosse — in our home city of Melbourne, minutes from our headquarters.
