Rockledge High School's tennis program got courts built like the sport matters: four VersaCourt tennis courts totaling 36,000 square feet, constructed for Brevard Public Schools with a summer 2025 start.

School courts take the hardest duty cycle in sports construction — PE all day, team practice after, community play on weekends. The build went in the right order: base preparation and compaction first, surfacing rated for Florida UV second, precision work last.

A school district's cheapest court is the one it never rebuilds. The engineering premium on day one is small against the resurfacing cycle it prevents — the math we walked Brevard through, itemized, before a shovel moved.
