Rubber zones, turf lanes, hybrid layouts

Three systems, one team

Rubber zones, turf lanes, hybrid layouts

Vulcanized rubber in 3/4-inch and 1-inch thickness anchors free weight zones, machine areas and Olympic platforms — impact-absorbing and built for heavy loads. Performance turf lanes handle sled pushes, agility work and functional movement, using the same quality turf we install on the field.

Most elite facilities combine both: integrated rubber and turf zones designed around your equipment list and how your athletes actually move. You get a detailed floor plan before install day — no surprises.

Our process

From empty floor to game-day ready

Most weight room flooring installations complete in 1–3 days with minimal facility downtime.

  1. Layout Design

You receive a detailed floor plan showing rubber zones, turf lanes and transitions — designed around your equipment list and how your athletes move.

  2. Subfloor Evaluation

We assess moisture, levelness and existing surface conditions to determine the right adhesive or floating installation method.

  3. Installation

Rubber and turf installation with seamless seaming, edge trim and all transitions handled in a single visit.

  4. Final Inspection & Documentation

Walk-through inspection, installation documentation for permits and insurance, and care instructions at handoff.

1–3 Day installs. Zero wasted practice time.

Built around your season

1–3 Day installs. Zero wasted practice time.

We work around your schedule to minimize facility downtime — most weight room flooring projects are in and out in 1–3 days. Maintenance afterward is minimal: damp mopping and occasional disinfecting for rubber, periodic brushing for turf lanes. Both surfaces are designed for decades of hard use.

Your project is delivered by the licensed contractor behind 500+ athletic surfaces across Florida — FL Certified Building Contractor CBC1268683.
