Embry-Riddle: University Athletics on a Campus Schedule

Legacy Sports Construction 1 min read

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach trusted us with multiple athletic surfaces — field and tennis work serving a university program that competes hard and trains year-round.

The campus constraint

University work means building inside a living campus: student schedules, athletic calendars, adjacent facilities in daily use. Construction has to be sequenced tightly and communicated constantly — trades showing up unannounced doesn't fly where a university's operations staff is watching.

What we built

Athletic field surfacing and tennis facilities built to collegiate competition standards — engineered bases, Florida-rated drainage, and surfaces specified for the coastal sun that Daytona Beach serves up daily.

The repeat-client test

The metric we care about most: being asked back. Multiple projects on one campus is what happens when the first one worked, the schedule held, and the facilities staff didn't inherit problems. It's the quiet credential behind our university work across the state.
