Our Process

From Survey to Opening Day

01

Site Assessment

Site survey, soil evaluation, drainage review. We identify problems before they become change orders.

02

Design & Permitting

Court layout, permit drawings, HOA submission support. We handle the paperwork.

03

Site Prep & Base

Excavation, sub-base grading, drainage installation. The base is where cheap contractors cut corners. We don’t.

04

Concrete Pour & Cure

Post-tensioned concrete slab poured and cured. Tensioning applied at 28-day cure for a crack-resistant surface built to last 20+ years.

05

Surface & Line Marking

Primer, color coats, texture coat, line marking. Professional acrylic applied in controlled layers to NPC, ITF, or FHSAA specs.

06

Final Inspection & Handoff

Full quality walkthrough with Patrick or Jason. Warranty documentation and direct contact — not a call center.

FAQ

Common Questions About Court Construction

How much does a pickleball court cost in Florida?

+

Residential single pads typically run $15,000–$25,000. Multi-court HOA or municipal complexes vary by scope. We provide free, accurate quotes — no lowball estimates.

How long does court construction take?

+

A single residential court takes 2–4 weeks from permit to opening. Multi-court municipal projects run 6–12 weeks depending on scope and permitting.

Why post-tensioned concrete instead of asphalt?

+

Asphalt cracks in Florida heat within 5–10 years. Post-tensioned concrete lasts 20+ years with minimal maintenance and is the professional standard for any serious court investment.

Can you add pickleball lines to an existing tennis court?

+

Usually yes. We resurface, add pickleball overlay striping, and color-code lines so both sports stay readable. Cost depends on surface condition — we assess before quoting.

Do you work with HOAs, municipalities, and schools?

+

Yes — all three. We understand municipal procurement, HOA board approvals, and school district requirements. Insurance certificates and FL license documentation available on request.
