Maintenance Programs

Legacy Sports Construction provides scheduled maintenance programs for synthetic turf fields, running tracks, sports courts, and athletic surfaces across Florida. Regular maintenance extends surface life, preserves safety certifications, and prevents costly emergency repairs.

What's Included

• Field grooming — mechanical brushing and infill redistribution to restore fiber upright position and consistent surface performance
• GMAX and HIC safety testing — annual impact attenuation testing to verify surfaces meet ASTM standards and certify continued safe play
• EPA-approved sanitation — antimicrobial treatment that neutralizes bacteria, MRSA, and other pathogens on shared athletic surfaces
• Topdressing — infill replenishment on synthetic turf fields where compaction or wear has reduced infill depth
• Minor repairs — seam repair, edge resecuring, and localized infill correction between scheduled service visits

Why Maintenance Matters

An unmaintained synthetic turf field loses GMAX certification within 5–7 years — creating liability exposure and triggering early replacement. A properly maintained field lasts 12–18 years. Our maintenance programs typically extend field life by 4–6 years beyond the replacement threshold for unmaintained fields.

Scheduled Programs Available
