Two Central Florida Parks, One Busy Season

Davenport Park and Festival Park landed on our schedule in the same stretch — two Central Florida communities investing in public recreation, two sites with their own conditions, one crew standard applied to both.

The parks boom

Central Florida's growth corridor is in a parks arms race: new residents expect the recreation their HOA brochures promised, and cities are racing to deliver fields, courts and play surfaces. The winners are the communities treating parks as engineered infrastructure rather than mowed space.

What we built

Recreational surfacing and field work tailored to each site — play surfaces and turf areas built on properly prepared bases with drainage designed for Central Florida's daily summer downpours. Different scopes, same underlying rule: whatever the surface, the ground under it gets engineered first.
